Welcome to Gospel Mission Baptist Church!  We hope that the information contained within this website will enable you to get to know us a little better.

The name of our church defines us very well.  We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission of our Lord (Matthew 28:18-20).  This command, simply put, is to evangelize the unconverted and to disciple them in the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ through faithful and consistent exposition of the Word of God.

Indeed, Scripture holds primary authority here at Gospel Mission.  We recognize that the Bible is the infallible breath of God and is the sole standard of faith and practice for the Christian believer.  That is why every ministry here at Gospel Mission -- from Sunday School to Worship Service -- has sound Biblical teaching as its motivation and focus.
