About Our Church
Our Purpose
Gospel Mission Baptist Church adheres to the historical and Biblical tenants of the Christian faith. For over thirty years we have proclaimed the good news of Christ and have existed as a haven of instruction and encouragement to believers.
Our purpose is to lead the lost unto the Lord Jesus Christ and to equip the believer in his daily Christian walk and service of the Lord.
Our Pastor
Pastor Josh Johnson was called to the pastoral ministry of Gospel Mission in 2006. Prior to this he served as the Assistant and Youth minister of GMBC for seven years. He and his wife, Stephanie, have one child.
Pastor Johnson has a deep commitment to the preaching of gospel and the faithful exposition of the Word of God.
Our Location
Our church is conveniently located on Reid Road just off of Tobaccoville Road. The most prominent land mark near our church is the Village Park which is less than a mile away.

Our service times are as follows...
Sunday School - 10:00 am
Sunday Morning - 11:00 am
Sunday Evening - 6:00 pm
Wednesday Evening - 7:30 pm
